Multi-Day Trip Options: Over night camping is available at a number of nearby public campgrounds. Camping has been popular with groups who want to add some evening activities to their experience and along with a second day of rafting or hiking/climbing to their plans. Discounts: A rebate cheque of $5.00 per person will be sent to the trip coordinator when full payment and registration forms are recieved in our office 14 days in advance of your trip date. Additional bookings after 14 days are welcome, but are not eligible for this discount. Group Sizes: We prefer to have at least two rafts on each of our trips. This requires a minimum of 16 paddlers. Our resources enable us to serve groups of 80 people. Group Coordinators: The registration of each group is managed with the help of a group coordinator. For this we provide a free trip and t-shirt to this person. The group coordinator is responsible for the following job: - Liason with the Nahanni RAFT office
- Secure departure date with a 20% deposit
- Distribute and collect all required forms
- Collect payment from participants
- Forward completed forms and payments to the office. All forms must be complete for a participant to be accepted on the trip. This includes the signing and witnessing of forms for all participants under the age of 18 years.
- Communicate trip logistics to the group participants and their drivers.
How to Register: To reserve a date for your goup, please contact our office to register as your group's coordinator. There are 2 ways in which you can contact us, either by email through our contact us page or by phone 1-888-897-5223. When you contact us by email or by phone you will be required to provide us with your contact information, the name of your group, an estimate of the number of people you will bring and a 20% deposit. Payment Policy: Payment may be made by cheque, Master Card or Visa. A rebate of $5.00 per person will be issued to the group coordinator after the trip when full payment and all registration forms are received in our office 14 days prior to the trip (SEE DISCOUNTS). Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your trip, our policy is as follows: - Cancellations must be received 14 days or more prior to departure - FULL REFUND LESS 20% DEPOSIT
- Cancellations 13 days or less, there will be no refund issued.
- Participants may find a suitable replacement.
